Is there a limit for BTST orders?
The maximum limit that can be availed by a client for BTST order is currently:
- Overall exposure of Rs. 25 lakhs- If you have an open BTST position of Rs. 20 lakhs and try to place another BTST order for Rs. 10 lakhs, it will be rejected as it exceeds the overall exposure limit.
- Individual security exposure of Rs. 10 lakhs- If you place a BTST order for more than Rs. 10 lakhs in an individual security, the order will be rejected.
