Who can make a nomination?
Only individual account holders can make a nomination for their account. If the account is jointly held, all holders must sign the nomination form.
Minors, third-party Power of Attorney (PoA) holders and non-individual accounts, including Kartas of HUFs, partnership firms, body corporates, trusts, societies, etc., cannot make a nomination in their account.
