How will I know of an upcoming OFS?
The company issuing an OFS will inform the stock exchanges two trading days prior to the opening of the intended issue via an OFS announcement.
The notice will be immediately disseminated by the exchange on its website to inform the market. The announcement notice will have the following details:
- The name of the company
- The names of the sellers
- The number of shares offered
- The floor price (if any)
- The Retail Investor reservation
- The discount for retail investment
