How can I remove a nominee from my trading/demat account?

To remove a nominee on MyGeojit:

Step 1. Log in and go to User Profile > Select the delete icon as per the account (trading/demat) you wish to remove the nominee under.

Step 2. Proceed to esign > Ok

Step 3. Enter the OTP sent to your email ID/ mobile number > Verify > Ok

Step 4. You will be shown the Nomination Form to be esigned > Esign

Step 5. You will be redirected to the NSDL eSign page to digitally sign your nomination form (against your aadhaar number)

Step 6. Accept the terms, enter your aadhaar number > Send OTP

Step 7. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number > Verify OTP

The nomination will be removed from your trading/demat account. You will get an email/ SMS from Geojit and your respective depository (NSDL/CDSL) regarding the same.
