How can I open an Non-Resident External (NRE) status trading account and demat account with Geojit?

To open an NRE account, the following documents must be submitted at a branch along with a signed account opening form. Use our branch locator to find a Geojit office near you for further assistance.

5.	NRE Bank Account Proof	a) Self-Attested b) Accepted proofs of your NRE savings account- i. Passbook- front page ii. Bank account statement- of the past 6 months iii. Cancelled cheque- with details
6.	PIS Permission Letter

* The bank where you have opened your NRE account will help you obtain a PIS permission letter from the Reserve Bank of India.

* NRE clients are not allowed to trade intraday or in F&O and commodities.
