How is the average rate calculated for mutual funds purchased through a trading platform?

• The average rate is calculated by taking both the demat and non-demat transactions into account; it will not be shown separately. 
• The quantity will only show the number of units bought via demat mode.
  
  

If you have transferred mutual funds (purchased outside Geojit) to your Geojit demat account, you will have to change the ARN to Geojit in order for the correct average rate to be shown.
