I opened/reactviated my account but am not able to place an order. Why?
As part of the account activation process, it is mandatory to link your Unique Client Code (UCC) to your demat account. This process takes at least two days and in the case of accounts opened/reactivated through a partner bank, it may take an additional day.
Geojit demat account holder- If you have recently opened/reactivated your account and are unable to place an order after 2 working days, please contact 0484-411432
Bank partner demat account holder- A bank partner account refers to the case where the trading account is held with Geojit and demat account with a bank. If you have recently opened/reactivated such an account and are unable to place an order after 2 working days, please send an email to b2b@geojit.com
