Can members setup their registered offices in GIFT IFSC and conduct operations across India?
Members who establish their registered offices in the international area of GIFT IFSC can operate on the GIFT IFSC Exchange or International Exchanges with which GIFT IFSC Exchange has a tie -up or arrangement. However, members of GIFT IFSC Exchange are not permitted to operate on Indian Stock Exchanges.
