Can I create my own Smartfolio? How?

Yes, we have a DIY (Do It Yourself) provision where you can create your own basket of stocks! You can invest in these Smartfolios baskets through both SIP and lumpsum routes.

DIY SIP Smartfolio:

Step 1. Log in to Smartfolios and go to DIY (under Our Smartfolios)

Step 2. Select Create SIP

Step 3. Provide the below details:
               • Scheme Name: Provide preferred SIP name
              • Scheme Start Date : Select preferred trigger date
                • Investment Amount: Provide Investment amount if SIP is weightage-based.
                • Exchange : Select NSE or BSE. Only one exchange can be selected, so if securities not listed in the selected exchange need to be added in DIY SIP, they need to be added as another SIP.
      • Frequency : Frequency of trigger, i.e., whether weekly or monthly. If "Weekly" is selected, the weekday of the selected "Start Date" will be used as the day of the trigger.
                 • Duration: Preferred number of installments
                 • Payment Type: Ledger or NACH. Debits are actually always from the trading account ledger only. If NACH is selected, funds are debited from investors' bank accounts and credited to the trading account ledger two days before the trigger date.
                   • Allocation Basis: Weightage or Quantity. If weightage is selected,

Step 4. Search and select security and provide its weightage or quantity, and click on the "+" button or press the "Enter" key on the keyboard to add it to the basket.

Step 5. Click on the "Save New" button after adding all securities.

Once SIP is saved, if the trigger date falls on the SIP registration day itself, then the first order will be sent for execution on the same day if registered during market hours.
