Existing mutual fund units	Submit the following at a Geojit branch:   i. Latest Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) / Statement of Account with details of holdings. Both the depositories have the facility to download your CAS from their websites: NSDL, CDSL   ii. Mutual Fund Conversion Request Form
Fresh mutual fund investments	Add your Geojit demat account details to the mutual fund investment application form
