I have already activated the online trading facility, but am unable to trade on my mobile. What should I do?
You may have not completed the mobile trading agreement. To do so check on MyGeojit:

Step 1. Log in to MyGeojit and go to Services & Downloads
Step 2. Select Service Related > Flip Me Subscription
Step 3. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions > Register
