How can I change/update my address in my account?


You can update your address either online or offline. 


If you wish to change your address online, please ensure that the required address has been updated in your Aadhaar as well. If not, you will have to follow the offline address modification process.



ONLINE:


Step 1. Go to Hello ReKYC


Documents required for processing


  • PAN card of the client 
  • Signature on a white sheet of paper. 
  • Income Proof Copy: If the client opts for Derivatives, relevant documents need to be uploaded.
  • Note: Please note that the prospect will need an Aadhaar-linked mobile number to open the account digitally.



Step 2. Validate your mobile number
  • Enter your mobile number
  • Enter the sum of captcha (eg: 1 + 36 = 37) > Continue
  • Enter the OTP received to validate your mobile number > Ok






Step 3. Verify your Email ID

  • Enter name as per PAN card
  • Enter registered email ID.
  • Then Enter OTP






Step 4. Enter Basic informationThis will be required only for the first login.

  • Enter your Name
  • Enter your PAN
  • Enter your DOB (Date of Birth) as per PAN > Continue



  • Please verify your details from KRA
  • Click on Continue.




Step 5. Digi Locker eKYC


  • Get your documents from Digilocker. 
  • Keep your Aadhar and linked mobile number with you.


 

Step 6. Product Selection 


  • Add desired products



Step 7. Fill in with basic details.



Step 8. Accept terms and conditions.


Read and accept the  Tariff, Terms & Conditions, Standard KYC documents. Click Continue


Step 9. Upload Proof—


  • You need to upload a photo/scanned copy of your PAN Card.
  • Document for permanent address proof: Aadhar 
  • Enter the last 4 digits of the Aadhar card. 



Step 10. In-person verification


Write down the number shown on a paper and show it to the camera so that we can record your OTP and face. Make sure that the OTP and your face are visible and can be captured.



Step 11. Upload Profile photo


  • Click on 'Capture,' and your captured photo will be set as your profile photo. 









Step 12. E-Sign


  • Digitally sign using Aadhar-linked mobile OTP.
  • Click on 'Proceed to e-sign.'





Step 13. Give consent for e-sign.


  • Read and click OK.



Step 14. Application e-sign

  • Click on the checkbox and enter Aadhar ID.
  • Click on Send OTP.




Step 15. KRA e-Sign.

  • Proceed to e-sign.


Step 16. KRA Application


Step 17. KRA e-Sign


  • Click on the checkbox  and enter Aadhar ID.
  • Click on 'Send OTP.'



Process completed

  • You've successfully completed the Re-KYC process. You will receive an email to your registered mail ID regarding the status of your request. If you have any queries, you can send an email to customercare@geojit.com
