How do I rebalance my Smartfolio?
Rebalancing is not an automatic process. You will be notified regarding changes in the model portfolio via email/ SMS/Whatsapp. For the transaction to be processed, you must accept the rebalancing request. You are encouraged to read and understand the rationale before acting on recommendations. On acceptance of the rebalancing request, buy/sell transactions are executed.
You can accept a recommendation using one of the following methods:
- Log in to Smartfolios and accept the pop-up request notification
- Click the Accept button on the message sent via Whatsapp
- Reply to the email sent to your registered email ID with Yes/Okay
We recommend rebalancing requests to be accepted on the Smartfolios portal or Whatsapp as they are processed immediately.
