Why was my SIP installment amount not deducted on the due date, even though I had sufficient bank balance?
If your SIP purchase did not go through successfully in spite of having sufficient balances in your bank account, it could be for one of the following reasons. Please also find solutions based on your investment route.

| Expired, Rejected E-NACH/One-Time Mandate authorisation | Create a new Mandate via FundsGenie and complete the authentication process. Once the mandate is approved sent an email request to customer care /branch for linking the Mandate to SIP. |
| 1st SIP installment date within 30 days of registration | It is required to have a minimum gap of 30 days between the registration date and your first installment. |
